At Alight, we are reimaging how people and organizations thrive.Were growing our HCM UPoint Delivery Team, which implements and provides ongoing support to Alights Payroll & Cloud clients that use UPoint as their organizations HR portal.As a Business Technical Analyst (BTA) on the HCM UPoint Delivery Team, youll help to support multiple clients by delivering enhancements to their HR portals and troubleshooting user issues.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior BTAs with researching answers to client questions about UPoint features and functionality and with preparing client-facing and internal team documentsPrepare client-facing documents about the features included in each product releasePerform internal acceptance testing of portal changes to ensure they meet client business requirementsWork with developers and testers to resolve any bugs found during IAT and/or UATPerform sweep testing after client migrations scheduled by other internal workstreamsParticipate in portal verification testing after monthly maintenance windows, disaster recovery exercises, and patch releasesTroubleshoot user issues, providing root cause analysis detailsCoordinate translations of client text changes into multiple languages, working with an external vendorAssist client content editors as needede.g., run content reports, create new population parameters, etc.Create reports about client usage of the portal, using data from Google AnalyticsReview user feedback for information about bugs to be fixed or potential site enhancementsProvide after-hours production support as assigned per team rotation scheduleQualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelors degree with 3+ years of relevant experienceExperience working in a virtual, team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detailStrong client-service orientationSelf-starter who demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performanceAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contactsExperience working with tools to manage workflow/issue tracking (eg, Atlassian Jira) is a plusKnowledge of Alights proprietary tools is a plusAbout AlightWith an unwavering belief that a companys success starts with its people, Alight Solutions is a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions.
