Experians Integrated Marketing team is seeking a marketing coordinator with a passion for digital marketing and data analysis to help us develop and grow our B2B business and deliver a best-in-class online experience. In this role, youll be in the thick of all our digital marketing efforts, with hands-on involvement across the spectrum of B2B marketing activities. Gain knowledge and expertise in various sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, and Adobe Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will be the right balance of creative and analytical, responding quickly to marketing requests while also paying meticulous attention to campaign results and reporting. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Organize and administer day-to-day digital activities for organic/SEO, paid advertising/SEM and social sites/accounts Build and maintain web pages/assets, continually optimizing content and design Provide project management support to senior digital marketing teammates and assist with project completion as needed Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new marketing technology vendors Export performance metrics from multiple data sources and use that data to update the Monthly Marketing Report Monitor lead flow and lead scoring effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement Monitor the marketing funnel conversion rates on a monthly basis, highlight any significant increases or decreases and make recommendations for improvement when necessary Leverage data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Eloqua, Zoominfo, Optix 360) to create marketing lists that meet defined criteria for both outbound and inbound campaigns Active liaison between Business Development, Demand Gen, Website, Content, and Vertical teams Qualifications Required Competencies and Technical Skills Minimum 2-4 years experience in a digital marketing and/or data analytics role Experience with content management systems (Adobe AEM preferred), CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and ABM platforms (Terminus or 6Sense preferred) a plus Knowledge of SharePoint, Wrike, Teams (or comparable) applications preferred Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Excel, Powerpoint) Passionate about digital marketing, reporting and driving actionable insights to increase performance Persistent in overcoming obstacles to accomplish project/business goals Demonstrates innovation in problem solving and task management Exceptional writing and presentation skills Resourceful creative thinker with strong relationship skills Experience building, owning, or managing web properties a plus Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment A sharp eye for detail and quality of output, and excellent organizational skills Ability to adapt deliverables and plans as priorities shift Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly Experience working with digital marketing tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Spyfu, Adobe Search Console) a plus Experience a corporate marketing environment with a B2B focus is preferred, but not required BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, data analytics or related field Additional Information Perks Three weeks of vacation to start, five sick days and two volunteer days (plus eleven paid holidays) Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Flexible work schedule This role is considered a hybrid position - you will be partially remote and partially in our Costa Mesa, CA office.
