Job Description Job summary For immediate employment, Proyecto Salud Clinic is recruiting for a Temp. Full time, bilingual, task oriented, and professional Medical Assistants to support the clinics efforts in identifying and assisting patients at risk of COVID-19. Requirements for the position: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Healthcare. Must be energetic, professional, team oriented, and flexible to adapt to organizational changes. Computer self-sufficiency and experience with EMRs, experience with eCW a plus. Solid knowledge on Medical Terminology. Experience working in a Primacy Care center desirable. Must be familiar with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Comfortable working on a fast pace/team work environment. Background check is required. Required Skills/Abilities: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills. Excellent active listening skills and a strong service orientation. Detailed Oriented. Education and Experience: Medicals Assistant Certificate required. Must have CPR certificate. 1 year of experience in Health Care. This is a full time grant based position. The scheduled includes at least two mornings, some evenings, and weekends. The hourly rate ranges from $19 to $22 and it is commensurate with experience.
