Work location is currently remote. In the future, this position will be in our Rockville, MD office. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities:Develop training curriculumConduct training to end users on Federal Enterprise Grants Management software, including web-based and classroom-based trainingWork as part of an integrated teamCreate and maintain training collateral, including handouts, job-aids, and videosMonitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires, surveys, and follow-ups with managementEvaluate effectiveness of training and work toward consistent improvement to the training programProvide support to end users by email, phone, chat, or face-to-face meetingsLog user issues in a tracking tool and ensure that high-level, responsive service is consistently delivered to clientsDetermine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.#LI-BC1 Requirements: Required qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of training experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and skillsInstructional designMS OfficeWeb based and classroom training experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsConfident when interfacing with clientsComfortable working in front of a classroom / groupWillingness to embrace technology and tools used to deliver high level serviceComfortable working with technology, including web-based systems and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Federal Grants Business process preferredKnowledge of Federal Enterprise Grants Management systems preferredATSD / ATD or other relevant certification strongly preferredCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance#LI-BC1 Company Description: We are a trusted government partner that blends deep domain expertise with advanced technologies to help our customers solve complex problems that improve, protect, and save lives.
