If so, we may have an opportunity for you TISTA associates enjoy above Industry Healthcare Benefits, Remote Working Options, Paid Time Off, Training/Certification opportunities, Healthcare Savings Account & Flexible Savings Account, Paid Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability, 401K Match, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Holidays, Military Leave, and much more Responsibilities Support the team as Subject Matter Expert on product/solution while working with a variety of stakeholders to meet their needs by demonstrating understanding of the criminal justice system and the various data sources available for accessibility of court data Leverage knowledge of CPI Program Integrity Manual (PIM) (IOM 100-08 Chapters 10 and 15) policy with respect to adverse legal actions and authorities provided to CPI to taken action based upon criminal history to contribute to the APS project and solution Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop functional solutions with respect to integration of criminal data Coordinate with the technical development team to ensure understanding business context of requirements and functional specifications Review/edit requirement specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the client's proposed solution Interpret and analyze criminal data from various sources within the system for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness Identify and analyze criminal data sources to enhance the systems criminal screening solution Qualifications Experience with and understanding of the US criminal justice system, the US court system, FCRA and accessibility to Federal and State criminal data including a working knowledge of PACER Knowledge of adverse legal action as defined by the CPI PIM and associated policy of CMS regulatory authorities Expertise in interpreting criminal case information across states including classification and levels, and other case attributes such as disposition and dates Experience in accessing criminal information from various public and private data sources including aggregation and analysis Experience working on Federal programs that are of high priority, visibility, and public-facing; Department of Justice experience is a plus Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, being able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Strong organizational skills to prioritize issues to perform proactive planning activities, ability to function in a complex environment Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy Able to work under minimal supervision Excellent writing skills and ability to produce polished written products Plus: Experience and knowledge working in detecting and managing healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse Familiarity with agile framework and methodologies Education for Criminal SME: Legal background or experience is a plus Clearance: CMS US Residency Requirement (3/last 5 years working in US) Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
