Position Qualifications/Requirements: - Management experience in marketing or hospitality industry highly desirable. - Training and development of employees. - High level of flexibility required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Speaking multiple languages (desirable). - Flexible work hours (one-weekend day/week required). - Takes ownership; listens well; strong sense of accountability; and the ability to coach and mentor a team.
