Position Description: * Design, develop, and implement plans to achieve and maintain compliance. * Recommend strategies for assessing inappropriate use of networks and research and recommend tools for monitoring employee computer use and assessing user. * Perform in-depth log analysis to determine trend, patterns, and suspicious activity. * Monitor, maintain, and operate the telecommunications firewall system; investigate abnormal phone activities. * Interface and coordinate with other US Government, Intelligence Community, and Law Enforcement organizations performing insider threat auditing. Basic Qualifications- To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience required. An additional 6 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. * Active Top Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain SCI. * Skills and background to design and define system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems. * Able to determine systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security. * Proven ability to develop and recommend corrective actions; proficient in providing technical guidance for database administrators and software developers Preferred Qualifications - Candidates with these preferred skills will be given preferential consideration: * Possess CCNA, CEH, Cloud+, CySA+, GCIH, or similar certification.
