The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the talent acquisition team in place recruiting calls, scheduling interviews and corresponding logistics. Provides administrative support, keys applicant data, collects interview guides and supports career events. Updates applicant tracking system requisitions as appropriate. Cultivates and maintains relationships to source candidates, providing an exceptional candidate and manager experience. Maintains accurate and concise records. Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule interviews, including schedule coordination with applicants and hiring manager/interview panels, creating calendar invites, sending interview confirmations, monitoring inboxes, managing interview schedule changes, logistics and day of interview processes Processes applicant consumer reports and drug testing while assisting with reference checks as applicable. Performs data entry to input and update applicant information in talent acquisition databases while upholding confidentiality when handling applicant information. Provide clerical and administrative support to talent acquisition and employee engagement. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Associates degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience 1+ years related experience Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies and procedures Excellent organization and communication skills to interface with candidates and management Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and HRIS Excellent organization and communication skills to interface with candidates and management Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and HRIS Knowledge of typical job posting tools and use of social media for recruitment Ability to exercise good time management skills, establish priorities, and exercise sound business judgment
