The provided support will allow remediation opportunities based on small group student plans- eventually transitioning to a Teacher-of-Record role when a vacancy becomes available. Candidates who are successful in this role should be able to build confidence, relationships, and encourage progress for scholars. Therefore, as a Teacher Intern with PLA, you must establish an exemplary school culture that balances high expectations with love and support.
