What You'll Do As a Human Resources Analyst, you'll be part of our Global Tools and Storage team working remotely. You'll get to: * Conduct company audits and recommend corrective actions. * Process monthly invoices. * Handle exit of terminating/resigning employees. * Manage the Payroll process to include investigating, analyzing, processing and resolving payroll related issues and inquiries. * Manage, coordinate, and oversee that all HR personnel actions are entered/executed into the HRIS system including new hire/rehire, separation/termination, status changes, promotions, demotions, and miscellaneous salary adjustments, supervisor changes, etc. * Administer and improve system processes and support business reporting requirements. * Monitor HR information needs and recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system to meet changing requirements. * Onboard new hires, orienting new employees both locally and remote * Assist with recruitment and headcount maintenance * Communicate frequently with both remote and local employees * Provide employees with information on company policies/procedures * Write correspondences to employees, managers, leadership, etc. * Consult with employees to resolve benefit/payroll/LOA inquiries * Collect and report out on statistical data such as turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers etc. for monthly and quarterly review * Maintain Employee Files and I9s; ensure Compliance with all laws and SBD policies * Assist with job analysis, allocation of positions, and salary surveys * Provide analytical and administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes Who You Are You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have: * Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management or equivalent * 1 - 3 years' experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or related field * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). * Ability to develop basic PeopleSoft/HRIS report writing capabilities * Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests. * Fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processes * Experience in generating reports including querying data and data manipulation * Process oriented - ability to evaluate and improve HR administrative processes. * Excellent communications skills across all levels of the organization. * Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. * Customer Service focused.
