We're looking for a highly-motivated, results-driven campaign analyst/manager to build out and execute outbound marketing campaigns for our Demand Generation business. This role will partner closely with our Marketing Solutions & Growth teams acting as a central digital campaign owner for our agent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate has experience building marketing automation workflows, can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and examples of leveraging data to quickly identify problems and drive solutions. This is a full-time position with cross-functional responsibilities. At Compass You Will * Work closely with the Demand Generation team to define and implement campaign acquisition strategies, including building email campaigns, target lists for various audience personas, testing email messaging and engagement, and own reporting of campaign success to drive top of funnel engagement. * Manage and execute outbound marketing campaigns focused on demand generation and acquisition efforts to drive leads in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve pipeline goals. * Establish, implement, and maintain tracking of campaigns across paid/owned channels through 3rd party pixels and assigned UTMs to feed accurate data into lead attribution channel reporting. * Maintain 3rd party marketing automation tool contact database, ensure contact data is accurately appending based on activity, and create contact lists based on campaign strategy. * Construct and optimize a lead scoring model to automate workflows and acquire customers to meet pipeline development goals and other leading indicators of demand. * Forecast, measure, test, analyze and report on the impact of demand/lead gen activities using marketing automation tools to drive sales efficiencies and show marketing ROI. * Ensure CAN-SPAM, CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act) and GDPR requirements are met for outbound communication channels. What We Look For * 3+ years experience building and executing outbound marketing campaigns which can include any combination of email marketing, direct mail, mobile messaging (in app/push) at high growth companies * Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. * Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and experiments which include hypothesis, measurement, attribution, and communication or results. * Data obsessed while demonstrating strong Marketing Acumen that advocates for the customer * Experience building email campaigns and lists in Marketo, reports from Salesforce or Tableau or other B2B enterprise level marketing automation suite * Experience with lead scoring models, propensity modeling, or any other machine learning technology a plus * Highly collaborative team player with strong desire to challenge the status quo.
