Apply Today!RN Responsibilities:Carry out physician orders and perform selected tasks related to client care in a safe manner, such as Infusion therapy, blood draws, wound care, and more.Administer medication accurately, observe client response, and document in the medical record (including negative outcomes).Document pertinent observation and intervention on appropriate record.Effectively communicate clients changing needs and plan of care among staff members.Report clients needs/problems and observations regarding the clients condition to the registered nurse and/or physician.Work collaboratively with other members of the health care team in coordination of the client's care.
