Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Finance Associate works on a variety of finance projects to support the efforts of the Finance & Accounting department. These include, but are not limited to financial analysis, staffing and budget projections, and other ad hoc projects. Primary Job Duties: + Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning + Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that link operational performance to financial outcomes + Responsible for developing tools and reports to help analyze financial performance and provide management with insights and recommendations to achieve financial goals + Assist CFO in the development of forecasting models specific to various business segments + Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested + Finance business partner to multiple teams, ensuring drivers for performance are clearly communicated and insight provided to key stakeholders + Collect and analyze data to assist with company financial initiatives and decisions + Ensure compliance with standard practices and protocols in the industry + Implement procedures to improve various financial and business processes + Work on projects to support the organization reach short and long-term financial goals Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting + 5 years of FP experience + Experience managing multiple projects at a time + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Strong understanding of financial statements and managerial accounting + Experienced in financial modeling + General Interest in healthcare Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: + Collaborative + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas + A team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-day + Strong organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects + Process-oriented with the ability to drive a project to completion + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently and as a team member + Self-directed and resourceful + Excellent organizational skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
