This position will serve as advanced functional applicationsupport, playing a critical role in educating client staff and supporting therollout of the Learning Management System (LMS) to the workforce by preparinginformation and training materials, documenting workflows, supportingimplementation decisions, and transitioning existing content into the LMS.Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited tothe following:Manage the standards, procedures, reporting(including creating and running standard and ad hoc reports) and overallfunctionality of the LMS. This includes implementing several LMS features thatdeliver enhanced personalization, accessibility, and efficiency in managingadministrative and reporting requirements.Work with the client in developing bestapproaches to use the software as a means to accomplish their LMS objectivesWork with client to define configurationrequirements as well as create supporting functional designsCollaborate with, consult, and adviseinstructional designers and other key stakeholders of the LMS environment tosupport the development and deployment of contentSupport global system administrators in use ofthe LMSCreate detailed, ad hoc job aids as neededWork with cross functional project teams throughthe full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) on documenting and translatingbusiness requirementsTroubleshoot application and implementationissues by taking ownership of questions, researching application issues andproviding appropriate solutionsProvide product feedback (customer requirements,product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management and/ordevelopmentConduct informal and formal training sessions onrelated topics of interest to the client staffRequired:Bachelor's Degree (in Education, BusinessManagement, Human Resources, Organization Development) or equivalent workexperience5+ years related work experiencePreferred:3 or more years of Learning Management SystemsexperienceExperience administering and coordinatingregulatory and/or compliance trainingCore Competencies:Strong customer service orientationExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to manage confidential data securely anddiscretelyAbility to work effectively and collaborativelywith people from diverse backgroundsOrganizational and planning skills withattention to detail and follow throughIndependent decision making and sound judgmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and proactively problemsolve in fast-paced environmentAbility to facilitate meetings, training, andgroup processesRequired Clearance:TS/SCI with Full Scope PolySDL2017
