This position will serve as advanced functional applicationsupport, playing a critical role in educating client staff and supporting therollout of the Learning Management System (LMS) to the workforce by preparinginformation and training materials, documenting workflows, supportingimplementation decisions, and transitioning existing content into the LMS.Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited tothe following:Manage the standards, procedures, reporting(including creating and running standard and ad hoc reports) and overallfunctionality of the LMS.
