That's Jimmy Fresh!Overview: The Person in Charge (PICs) are responsible for supervising all aspects of the store operations, teamwork and customer service on a part-time basis, as assigned by the General Manager. The PIC plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. PICs must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a PIC your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. This is a Bonus-eligible position. Training All hired-in PICs start as a MIT (Manager in Training) and will be paid a training wage between $12.00 - $12.50 (based on previous management experience). Training consists of 6 weeks working to learn the fundamentals of all the Jimmy John's recipes, procedures, and service expectations. Training and the move to a PIC position will complete once you can confidently manage a solo shift.
