The primary purpose of this role is to apply detailed knowledge of industry pricing, programs, systems, marketing, originations and processes to effectively manage individual origination partners and vendors that facilitate in loan production. The incumbent will work to drive product development, growth and enhancement from inception to completion. The role requires good organization skills, the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced and changing environment while managing strict deadlines, and the willingness to be an integral part of a high-growth business unit and lending team. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and the position will perform other duties as assigned.Manage new partner approval and onboarding from risk assessment processes to contract approval(s) to all functional business integrations and ongoing reporting needs and operations.Responsible for the growth and profitability of existing Consumer Banking Origination Partners and Programs. Design and provide strategy for loan growth and performance management.Manage individual origination channel profitability with a combination of programs, products, pricing, incentives and system integration.Increase revenue with current origination partners by pitching new business opportunities and effectively managing active lines of business while promoting and soliciting Credit Union lending programs to generate new business relationships.Interpret analytic findings and formulate recommendations to share with key decision makers about pricing, incentive programs, cost to acquire, acquisition strategies, marketing channels, and origination partners. Clearly articulate findings and observations as appropriate.Indirectly manage internal/external teams that create individual and ongoing consumer banking product marketing programs. Develop criteria where appropriate for member/non-member campaigns.Facilitate the evaluation and creation of credit policy, pricing, term, loan amount, incentives, LTV and other parameters of the products and programsProvides summaries to AVP Originations regarding account activities including, discussing industry trends, market impact of competitors, and recommendations to improve lending penetration.Build and continually review campaigns; track all initiatives, analyze and report findings.Recommend technical and business flow solutions with partners for new programs and work with cross-functional teams to implement success.Effectively communicates pertinent changes and accurate lending program information to internal/external business partners.Develop and present client-facing and internal reports outlining growth/penetration opportunities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Provide input to the Originations team for consumer banking products to optimize funnel operations and increase funded loan volume.Write, oversee and edit promotional materials; oversee the management of all PenFed brand-related activities with the client; while seamlessly partnering with Marketing.Review competitive market practices, develop competitive strategies and make recommendations concerning adjustments to programs in related areas.Keep informed of new ideas and developments through publications, membership in professional organizations and contact with other financial institutions.Audit loan portfolio from specific origination partners to ensure policy guidelines are followed. Address and resolves any issues with existing partners, such as, funding, loan quality, LTB, production, chargebacks, and/or unique elements of partners business operations and/or loan purchases.Manage and evolve daily, monthly, quarterly reporting needs for the CB team at-large*This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.* Qualifications: Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field is required.Masters Degree is preferred.Minimum Ten (10) years of work experience with Consumer Banking, Auto, Lending or Corporate Development is required.Minimum of Two (2) years of direct management experience.Proven success in project management, data analytics & design, and partner relationship management in business.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.*TravelAbility to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
