Job Title: Senior Program Manager Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Security Clearance: Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required . Job Responsibilities: Trace Systems is actively recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to join our team based in Fort Belvoir, VA. The critical role must be knowledgeable and experienced in project and program management. The Program Manager (PM) is physically co-located with P2E and interfaces daily with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Responsibilities include: + Serve as the Governments point of contact. + Provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract. + Lead the Support Contract team in providing best business practices to the program office. + Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables. + Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office. + Provide oversight of staff and support activities. + Maintain contract costs. + Coordinate with the COR and, as required by the PMO, to fill vacancies with the most qualified personnel. + Manage overall contract performance to include: providing subcontract management, monitoring invoicing, coordinating contract change proposals; and understanding the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. + Position requires the PM to be available for contact by the COR at all times (24 hours per day). + Provide oversight of large, multi-functional information technology programs across multiple regions overseas Minimum Qualifications:+ A minimum of eight (8) years of project and program management experience is required. + Must have d emonstrated ability, background, and qualifications to lead and manage staff support services, which includes 40+ direct report personnel and subcontract partners in the areas of IT and logistical support. + Position requires contract administration/management skills to perform the contract requirements. + Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management + This essential role has full authority to act on behalf of Trace Systems on all contract matters. + Previous experience working with the US Army, other DoD relevant experience is acceptable. + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.+ Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.+ Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
