World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world's leading conservation organizations, seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager, Online Advertising. This position can be based in Washington, DC, other remote locations within the US will be considered. The Integrated Marketing Manager, Online Advertising plays a pivotal role on the Integrated Marketing Team, incorporating very technical, analytical, and creative skills and bringing deep experience in the online advertising space. The Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategy and implementation of paid advertising, paid lead generation, and online partnerships for WWF. The position also plays a managing role in driving online donation revenue and monitoring overall Return on Investment (ROI) of these programs, their respective budgets, and necessary tactics including online advertising on Social Media, Paid Search, Display and emerging technologies. + Develops and manages WWF's paid advertising strategy including direct buys, pay-per-click advertising, paid search programs, and social media paid advertising. + Oversees full implementation lifecycle of online advertising campaigns, including overseeing copy writing, creative elements, bidding strategies, account optimizations, donation page production, and the associated review and quality assurance process before publishing and during the life of the entire campaign. + Manages two direct reports, optimizing processes and performance by delegating and balancing short-term functional concerns with the need to sustain and drive long-term achievement at a team and individual level. + Manages agency and partners related to paid advertising for WWF. + Manages the advertising budget with oversight from Senior Director, including for Search, Social Media, Display, and related tests/programs. Coordinates with team members to integrate their budgets (such as DRTV, email acquisition, etc.) into the overall budget tracker. + Responsible for ensuring tracking mechanisms are working on ad campaigns prior to launch by collaborating with Associate Specialists and other team members to guarantee proper reporting. + Monitors results and performance, prepares strategic analyses of campaign activities to share with team, and initiates strategic conversations with peers to discuss improvements or tests. + Collaborates across teams and platforms to test new strategies and report results, key learnings, new initiatives, etc. + Analyzes industry and competitive best practices to increase the team's overall performance. + Coordinates with internal teams (including legal, operations, IT, marketing) to plan and implement the above activities, and any others, to ensure projects are launched efficiently and successfully from a legal, technical and operational perspective. + Serves as project manager and works with department senior director to brainstorm new potential partnerships and with internal departments to secure approval and proper integration for new activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Bachelor's degree is required + Minimum eight years of integrated marketing experience with a focus on advertising is required. + Google Adwords and Social Media Advertising experience is required. + Proven budget management experience and Microsoft Excel skills required. + Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data and consumer research to shape strategies and drive outcomes. + Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to "zoom in" and "zoom out," operating effectively at a tactical level while also being a strategic thinker. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. + HTML and Photoshop skills preferred. + Blackbaud Luminate experience helpful. + Must have ability to work both independently and effectively as a member of a team. + Aptitude to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability and interest in learning new skills and tools in the online marketing field. + Committed to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion within and across teams. + Identifies and aligns with WWF's core values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration: + Demonstrates courage by speaking up even when it is difficult, or unpopular. + Builds trust with colleagues by acting with integrity, owning mistakes, and holding oneself accountable. + Welcomes other points of view and ideas, recognizing and embracing different and contrary perspectives with kindness, curiosity, and encouragement. + Makes conscious efforts to promote cooperative practices, behaviors, and ways of working across many groups and individuals.
