Marketing ManagerJob ID15972Posted08-Jun-2021Service lineAdvisory SegmentRole typeFull-timeAreas of InterestMarketingLocation(s)Atlanta - Georgia - United States of America, Boston - Massachusetts - United States of America, Chicago - Illinois - United States of America, Dallas - Texas - United States of America, Los Angeles - California - United States of America, New City - New York - United States of America, Phoenix - Arizona - United States of America, San Diego - California - United States of America, San Francisco - California - United States of America, Washington - District of Columbia - United States of America**JOB SUMMARY**Working with Capital Markets Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Capital Markets.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Execute content marketing efforts in partnership with content activation team, ensuring alignment to Capital Markets business objectivesMaintain project intake, schedules and delegate activities as necessary to ensure timely delivery of deliverablesManage workflow of inside and outside resources including events, digital/web, writers and designers; manage external advertising/vendor relationships as neededCraft compelling messages across marketing channels (case studies, sales sheets, advertising, landing pages, email, social media, event collateral) to drive traffic, engagement and leadsReview deliverables for compliance, grammar and ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style and toneManage key stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring needs are metTrack and report on campaign performanceEvaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from business stakeholders; use performance results to continuously look for ways to optimize and improve processes and outputsMaintain deep understanding of Capital Markets product offering, audience segments, market dynamics and competitive landscapeDevelop value proposition and key messaging for Capital Markets products and servicesCoordinate with other national and local marketing professionals to develop and share best practices within and across markets**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.**QUALIFICATIONS**Knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent project management and verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with product marketing tactics (eg integrated marketing campaigns)Ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively with business acumen across a variety of marketing channelsAbility to function in a team setting and take direction from colleagues; comfortable working with both in-person as well as remote team membersAbility to independently assess problems and implement solutionAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlineAbility to think creatively while adhering to corporate guidelinesWorking knowledge of Google Analytics**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**Bachelors degree and at least six years of professional experience, commercial real estate preferred**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**None.**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**Requires knowledge of all software used by personnel in the department**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results.
