Position Summary:""The"Employee Experience Manager is"a key HR generalist role"ensuring Jubilee Associationof Maryland provides"conditions"that"maximize"talent engagement and retention, positioning the organization"as a competitive"nonprofit employer"in"the DC metro area. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and is"responsible for activities relating to employee relations, satisfaction, engagement,"and the overall employee experience."They look"for opportunities to increase employee input into organizational decision-making,"and implement"strategic plan goals related to the role, including recommendations by the Racial Justice Advisory Group. Continuously seek input from employees on the decisions that affect their experience at work.""Work with the Director of HR, Executive Director,"and department heads to set up employee feedback mechanisms, reporting, and mechanisms to ensure follow-up."Conduct employee relations counseling, conduct mediation between parties."In consultation with the Director of HR and the Executive Director, conduct, analyze, and report on exit interviews, stay interviews, employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, etc. Create action plans where appropriate and track follow-up.""Assist"Director of HR"with,"or conduct,"employee relations investigations."Assist with tracking employee metrics, analyzing data, and writing/presenting the annual HR report to the Board.""Work with supervisors to support their"development"around the employee experience and engagement.""Assist with employee communications and messaging."Work with other HR team members to ensure effective onboarding, and to promote and refer employees to professional development, wellbeing opportunities, and other benefits. Recommend enhancements to HR processes that further positive employee experience, engagement and retention.""Follow up with new employees at 14 and 60 days to listen, ask about their experience, and advise. Work with supervisors on any needed action plans or course"corrections."Staff the employee focus group with the Director of HR.""Recommend and manage the budget related to the role.""Anticipate and proactively suggest"ways to enhance efficiency or quality of work and implement when appropriate. Be a team player across the organization and participate in regular meetings of primary team, management team, agency wide, strategic planning, and such.""Assume responsibility for tasks or projects delegated by the Director"Other duties as assigned.""Education, Training and Experience:""3-6"years' experience"in Human Resources; 2+ years in a leadership HR role."Lived experience with diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice initiatives"strongly preferred.""Bachelor's Degree required. "Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration,"SocialWork,"or"other related area"preferred.
