As a Digital Account Director with Avalon Consulting Group a full-service fundraising consulting agency you'll drive the digital strategy and manage online fundraising and advocacy campaigns for key Avalon clients from initial concept development to final execution. You'll also provide leadership to the Digital team by providing cross-client digital strategy guidance in addition to training and coaching new Digital team members. As a member of Avalon's senior staff, you will play a key role in company operations under the direction of the President, COO, and the Senior Vice Presidents by assisting with innovation and new product development, staff management, implementing and improving internal training systems, recruiting and onboarding new business, and supporting decisions made by Avalon leadership. What We Need: You will be an ideal fit for us if you possess a degree or formal training in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least five (5) years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including consulting agency and/or large nonprofit organization experience. If you're the right candidate, you'll have experience writing appealing web and email marketing content as well as experience in online advertising, mobile, social media, and SEO. You must be a "rock star" in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams and possess proven data literacy skills. You should also have experience with online content production software, such as Blackbaud Luminate, Blackbaud Online Express, Blackbaud NetCommunity/BBIS, Engaging Networks, EveryAction, Salsa, Classy, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emma Email Marketing, and/or Constant Contact platforms. Bonus points if you have developed workarounds to make these platforms work best for you or you have a working knowledge of HTML coding.
