Manager, Product Management, Card Fraud Customer Experience

Fraud - when a customer's credit card or personal information is stolen - is a defining and increasingly frequent moment in our customers' financial lives. According to Experian, in 2017 alone 14 million credit card numbers and 158 million social security numbers were exposed. Increasingly, this type of activity is carried out by sophisticated international criminal organizations, who are constantly innovating and using the latest technologies to commit these crimes.

Here on the Fraud Customer Experience Team, we care for customers in these moments by developing digital experiences that enable them to investigate and resolve their concerns. We do this by developing products that get customers to the right outcome in their channel of choice (web, mobile, or calling in) in ways that reassure them while caring for all the related business needs and requirements.
