As a Recruitment Specialist, you will begin by helping job seekers have a great experience with our office by conducting the initial steps in our interview process over the phone. This requires great phone and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to type and take detailed notes while having a conversation with an applicant. The main goal of the Recruitment Specialist is to move applicants through the hiring process and match them with the available jobs we have with businesses throughout the community. Requirements: . Thrives in a fast-paced environment . Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude . High school diploma/GED required . Basic computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and customer service experience .
