You'll make big business impacts as you establish capabilities to discover, create and mature ideas into technology solutions that transform our practice and accelerate growth throughout our enterprise.LOCATION - FLEXIBLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEThe Role:The Audit Innovation Manager will help identify, develop and implement new technology solutions for audit and execute on multiple projects and workstreams. The role reports to the Senior Manager(s) of Audit Innovation. Assist with the discovery, creation and implementation of Audit Innovation technology solutions, with a particular focus on Data Analytics and Automation technology Manage various innovation workstreams across our key technology pillars; Data Analytics, Automation and Digital Audit ExperienceExecute on new innovation culture initiatives across various service lines and help lead our practitioners through digital transformation programsCollaborates with key stakeholders and teams across RSM Audit providing support for innovation-related strategiesSupports the development of detailed project execution plans and tracking against milestonesConducts technology insights research to support innovation strategiesFacilitating ideation/brainstorming sessions and collaborationPresent at meetings, workshops, and RSM's internal trainingsKey Skills:Deep understanding of audit methodology, processes, and professional standardsExcellent critical thinker and doer, with demonstrated Audit innovation / technology-related experience in the following areas:Data Analytics (Alteryx; IDEA; PowerBI; Tableau)Automation - Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere/UI Path; MSFT PowerAutomate); Intelligent Automation etc.Financial AnalysisAdvanced project management skillsAbility to manage multiple work streams and deadlines across projects, reporting to different stakeholders in a complex matrix structureMarket and technology insights research / quantitative and qualitative research skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadersComfortable with dynamic and unstructured objectives Familiar with working in a fast-paced, professional services environmentExcellent people management skills, collegial team playerBasic Qualifications:. Minimum 5 years of experience in one, or a combination, of the following :. Audit / Professional Services. Technology innovation function. Product Development companies focused on digital / software innovation etc.. Outstanding academic background . Ability to travel (up to 15%). Strong understanding of the audit processPreferred Qualifications:. Experience in a large public accounting firm. CPA license. Post-Graduate degree You want your next step to be the right one.
