We go beyond simply connecting clients with intangible 'creative genius'-we emphasize actionable data and tangible results.THE OPPORTUNITYTribalVision is seeking an Account Director to provide overall strategic direction for their clients' business objectives, and strong brand stewardship for their clients' marketing programs and initiatives. The Account Director partners with Client Services and Business Development to scope strategic solutions to win new business and collaborates with Strategy, Creative + Production, and agency leadership to develop and execute program strategy and marketing plans. This role reports to the Group Account Director and will manage 3-5 Account Supervisors.This role can be based in our Boston/Warwick offices or remote. What You'll DoLead the account strategy, budget, and cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders from engagement initiation to completionServe as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic recommendations that solve their business objectives and encourage account growthAct as the primary contact for client requests, escalations, and conflictsLead client account review and track client revenue goals and projectionsMaintain a deep understanding of your clients' industry/segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscapeManage, coach, and develop, a team of Account SupervisorsEmbody Tribal Vision's core values in all internal and external interactionsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of Account Management experience that is inclusive of marketing agency experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experienceExperience managing and successfully developing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams Thorough knowledge of agency capabilities/offeringsMastery in developing client proposals and SOWsMastery in developing program/campaign goals and benchmarkingMastery of program/campaign and project financial management and analysisSkilled in managing client profitability and growing client relationshipsPowered by JazzHR5ju82cC3Ns
