Our admin team does all that for you! Don't worry, we provide fantastic training!A reliable laptop, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets and Zoom, and the ability to CONFIDENTLY navigate the internet.A passion for our mission and our students' success, and a Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior tutoring experience and thorough content knowledge. You are firm and loving with students, setting effective boundaries and helping them stretch academically! Our kids will look up to you. You can tutor MULTIPLE subjects and tutoring to all ages effectively (but it's okay if you can't tutor all subjects to all ages - if you can, we've found another unicorn!)The desire to deliver remarkable experiences to others!
