For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesAs a Oracle EBS Federal Financials Technical Consultant, you'll help lead the technical track, manage the design and implementation of the solution, manage the data analysis work streams on system implementations, operations and maintenance and business process reengineering projects. Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.Support Operations and Maintenance of Oracle Federal Financials release 12.2.6, resolving issues, data analysis and supporting users.Provide expertise to analyze, troubleshoot and recommend break fix solutions and improvementsBroad experience with Oracle Federal Financial processes across Procure to Pay (P2P) Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), General Ledger (GL), Federal Administrator (FV) and Federal Budget to Report (B2R) modules.Review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions to complete customizations or configurations to the application.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Ensure program code is written according to documented software development processes and standards (SDLC).Perform impact analysis and collaborate with other team members within IT and the business before production changes are made.Assist in month end and year end activities in Federal Environment.Work with business to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.Collaborate with team members on functional and technical topics to resolve production incidents within pre-defined SLAs.Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)Advise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have proven experience supporting Oracle Federal Financials implementation for federal agencies. The candidate will provide oversight and be accountable for quality of services and deliverables. Candidate will also provide process improvement recommendations and support implementation into the financial system.Minimum Years of Experience: Experience of five or more years is required with experience in federal financial management and five or more years in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutionsOracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces, and ExtensionsExperience with Treasury reporting requirements such as GTAS, CARS, Data Act is a plusDemonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.Demonstrate prior experience of Federal Accounting and reporting practices.Ability to offer insights based on experience and through functional business process analysis, supporting budget and financial management initiatives within the federal civilian sectorApply a structured delivery methodology toward complex projects.
