No pressure.EDB is the category leader in open source based PostgreSQL software and servicesEDB has been recognized 7 Years in a row and is the only open source relational database in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Operational Database Management Systems.The Senior Account Executive will focus on formulating and executing a strategy within the US Intelligence Community | Military Intelligence resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute sales plans for the Intelligence Community to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with direct customer prospects, VAR's, and FSI's -grow existing customer share and expand into net new programs within focused agenciesBuild business cases to establish value; develop and present proposals to customers with information that demonstrates the ability of the EDB solution to meet the customers' mission objectivesDrive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basisQualifications8+ years of enterprise software sales success selling to the US Intelligence Community and Military Intelligence.
