Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for a Facilities Coordinator: to support the Intelligence Community (IC) in providing support to a diverse, forward-leaning team for a dynamic and rewarding program. This is a multi-faceted Facilities Coordinator position supporting restricted program as it relates to all applicable federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. This position is part of a very small program team and helps direct the facility efforts and the completion of all phases of Program Facilities issues. Candidate will be co-part of the Program Facilities Team and will be respon sible to the Program Manager for coordination, support, tracking, and completion of all Program facilities requirements. In this role, candidate will be responsible for providing escort duties and overseeing the work efforts of 15 support vendors. This includes the initial reach out and contact of vendors to explain the nature of the facility issue for the purpose of obtaining a repair price quote. Once quote is approved, candidate will be responsible for helping to schedule the vendor visit and then overseeing the completion of the contracted work on behalf of the Program. Candidate will help coordinate and resolve all Program facility database requests and will participate in daily program dialog with the customer, quickly compile customer requests, and keep active lines of communications with customer lead representatives to address daily reported issue. Position will require a grasp of evolving customer requirements and the ability to effectively manage customer facility expectatio ns in conjunction with the Facilities Planner, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager. Effective interaction with a variety of host Program vendor personnel is required.Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related facilities experience.Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance required.Ability to work 2nd shift (10 am -6pm) Preferred Qualifications:Ability to accurately plan, schedule, and arrange Program facilities tasks and priorities in accomplishing objectives.Possess very effective communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with: highly technical vendor personnel, high level customers, Facilities Planner co-worker, and Program Managers.Objective of effective communication skills is so that all assigned facilities tasks are completed in a timely manner and that status reports can be effectively provided to all vested parties. Highly motivated, organized, and be an attention to detail oriented individual with the ability to rapidly handle a multitude of program facilities issues while fostering effective and congenial working relationships with many levels of internal and external customers.Exceptional customer/client interaction knowledge and interpersonal communications skills.Ability to multi-task and staff several Program facilities efforts throughout the busy day.Ability to accurately plan, schedule, and arrange Program facilities tasks and priorities in accomplishing objectives.Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers.The candidate must have the eagerness and motivation to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced work environment in a variety of program facilities areas.Salary Range: 58410 - 97350Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
