This position is located in Falls Church, VA and reports to the Director of People Analytics, Insights & Technology.People Analytics, Insights & Technology organization is a team of scientists, analysts, data experts and technologists who use science and technology to inform our most important people decisions and enable an industry-leading employee experience. As the Manager of People Analytics & Insights, you will be entrepreneurial and lead an integrated team of data scientists/engineers/analysts, behavorial research scientists and competitive intelligence analysts. You will have the ability to see the big picture and make decisions that align with our long-term analytics strategy. You will clearly identify and defend priorities to balance strategic projects and operational needs. You will rapidly come up to speed on our current practice and forge relationships with a broad network of analytics stakeholders to establish credibility. You will be a critical and strategic thinker who helps advance the people strategy of Northrop Grumman by accelerating HR's transformation to more effectively meet our business objectives and improve our employee experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and develop a technical team of diverse skills and background.Lead and drive our analytics roadmap for the application of AI/ML/Data science and people science aligned to our priorities and business strategiesLead and expand our Employee research / Employee Listening practiceDefine the approach to develop new and adapt existing analytics products to develop a holistic data & analytics portfolio that augments and complements WorkdayLead the enhancement and evolution of our data warehouse and product infrastructure.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience; 8 with a MastersDemonstrated experience with analytics design, development and deploymentExperience with AgilePreferred Qualifications:Workday and/or PRISM Analytics experienceUnderstanding of HR and/or HR data & metricsExperience leading an Agile teamSalary Range: 150920 - 226380Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
