Additional Information: Position can be Remote or In Office Standard business hours, Monday-Friday Available for after-hours duty (1x every 6 weeks and OT is paid) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Work From Home available Proof of COVID Vaccination Required Job Requirements: Requirements and Responsibilities: Provide remote support as well as travel to sites within the DC metro area. Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Support issues related to servers, desktops, laptops and networks Required certifications: A+, Net+, Security + Experience with hardware configuration A/V and Patching experience In depth working knowledge with professional ticketing system (ConnectWise preferred) Documentation experience with a professional CRM Proficient with all Microsoft suite products Exemplary customer service and communication skills
