They will provide superior customer service and patient satisfaction in a positive, team-oriented environment. They will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manger regarding the recruitment and retention of new and existing Team Members.We offer:* Competitive PayHealth, Dental, Vision and Life benefitsShort-Term and Long-Term Disability benefitsVacation and Sick payCommunity Savings ProgramHealthy work/life balanceJob Description: Maintain accurate resident census Meet with families and residents regarding financial responsibility Adhere to the Medicaid application process and rules for Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing facilities Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies, HIPPA and securities policies, protocols, and procedures Serve as backup for Accounts Payable Lead Accounts Receivable, collections, billing, and Resident Trust Complete Payroll processing Oversee private payer, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing Additional business office policies and procedures Provide Human resources functions, including recruitment and retention of Team Members Develop, communicate, and implement compliance programs for facility personnel policies and proceduresJob Requirement: Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred 1-2 years of experience billing and collections in Skilled Nursing Facility Business Office Very knowledgeable in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word Experience with Medicare DDE, Medicaid billing, Managed Care AHT software experience preferred Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Expert in multi-tasking and leading and directing the work of others Excellence with Customer Satisfaction and expertise resolving all areas of Residents AccountsEducation Requirement: High School Diploma:
