The Senior Accountant should be able to deliver exceptional performance in a fun and fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:The responsibilities for this role are wide-ranging and will continue to grow and transform with the Company and individual. Responsibilities will include: Assist with the timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting on Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other SEC filings.- Obtain and/or prepare supporting documents to substantiate information included in each SEC filing.- Complete disclosure checklists to ensure SEC filings are prepared in compliance with applicable requirements.- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements over financial reporting processes.- Assist in quarterly reviews and the annual audit process.- Research technical accounting matters regarding treatment of transactions in accordance with US GAAP and adoption of new accounting standards and updates.- Monitor new accounting, reporting and disclosure standards and requirements.- Assist with preparation of accounting position papers.- Perform accounting and reporting for stock-based compensation.- Provide direct support on various special projects to Director Financial Reporting.- Contribute to additional projects and assignments as needed.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in AccountingCPA2+ years of relevant experience, including experience at a Big 4 public accounting firmStrong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and the ability to apply GAAP to new and existing transactionsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Positive, motivated contributor to the Companys fast-paced, rapid-growth, all-hands-on-deck atmosphereCompensation & Benefits InformationBase Salary commensurate with experience and skillsetMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePrescription PlanLife InsuranceDisability CoverageLong Term Care Coverage401 (k) Program with Company matchPaid Vacation, Holiday and Sick DaysEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition AssistanceMobile Mini, is committed to providing equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status with respect to recruitment, hiring, promotion and other terms and conditions of employment.
