WinnCompanies is looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts in our growing multi-family portfolio in Washington, DC. As a member of WinnCompanies' central marketing function, you will partner with regional operations leaders and their teams to implement marketing, leasing, and resident retention programs at new developments, lease-ups, market rate and LIHTC properties. In this exciting hands-on role, you will not only develop strategy, but also coach, mentor, and train operations team members on marketing programs, policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, creative, multi-family professional to make a big impact in a diverse, highly visible, and growing portfolio.Responsibilities Partner with property operations teams to achieve leasing performance, occupancy expectations and the Winn customer experience Formulate renewal, resident retention, pricing strategies and marketing budgets for stabilized, lease-up and new acquisitions to improve financial performance Ensure property team members are aware of and trained in all aspects of Winn's marketing programs and products Support company growth and development by providing ad hoc market research and analysis Set rents and provide strategic guidance to leadership team to increase revenue Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop website content, digital marketing strategies, reputation management and social media for the portfolio Implement marketing, leasing and resident retention programs at new developments, lease-ups, market rate and LIHTC properties Prepare and facilitate new business and/or client presentations as needed Engage in interviewing, hiring and onboarding leasing and marketing team members Provide in-person support to communities throughout the region Requirements Bachelor's Degree; A concentration in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing programs Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and mindset Experience training teams on customer service skills as well on all aspects of Winn's marketing programs and products Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) Market Rate, Lease Up and Tax Credit experience Real Page experience preferred National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation preferred What We Can Offer YouGreat Benefits: We offer benefits including health & dental plan options, generous time off and paid holidays, 401(k) and education reimbursement opportunities that's best for you and your family.A job you can brag about: WinnCompanies is a nationally recognized leader in property management and development.
