Applicants must hold and maintain an active security clearance; therefore, US Citizenship is required, and TS/SCI candidates are preferred. Building, deploying, and documenting complex networks and systems Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise from within the network Developing new and innovative ways for our team to improve our performance and product offerings In-depth understanding of the OSI model and standard network protocols Knowledge of encryption technologies and standards Configuration of network firewalls, switches, routers, etc. Working with VPNs including IPSEC, OpenVPN, or others Configuration of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP Previous experience with automated deployment and provisioning tools Demonstrated understanding of system engineering processes and the role that information security plays in those processes. Preferred SkillsExperience with MPLSExperience with MACsecExperience with Juniper firewallsFamiliarity with LinuxExperience mentoring junior team membersPossess an active US Government security clearanceEducationA relevant college degree and three years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience.
