Principal Associate, Process Management (Card)

We are seeking a highly-talented and adaptable Process Manager to join the Installment Lending team, with a focus on Business Operations. We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for process, communications, analysis, stakeholder engagement and the energy to effect organizational transformation.

The role will encompass a variety of areas and activities, including working closely with vendors, cross-portfolio program management, process build-out and management, well-managed activities, continuous improvement efforts, and metrics and communications. Exceptional skills in written communications, developing and sustaining organizational performance scorecards, process management, and technology acumen are a must.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work on a wide variety of projects supporting the goals of the organization. You will work with senior leaders to execute on the organization's strategy and priorities and partner with functional leaders' in support of specific goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments (such as our vendors) in different locations to develop and execute effective processes
  • Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and ensure documentation is relevant and updated
  • Perform quality assurance routines on existing processes
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk by implementing well-managed processes and the use of quality management tools
  • Assist with the creation of metrics to measure the efficacy of Flex Pay processes
  • Provide oversight of the daily process flow including process performance, analysis, and responding to breakdowns as needed
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to create opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Leverage well managed tools to document key processes
  • Drive progress on organization-wide and/or high-level initiatives and ensure crucial deadlines are set and met
  • Work closely with the leadership team to coordinate the implementation of strategy and policy goals in accordance with leadership direction
  • Set and align internal processes, standards and resources to strategic direction and to advance the purpose of the organization


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' degree or at least 2 years of process management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with documentation


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of process management experience
  • 2+ years of well managed process tool experience (SIPOC, RACI, Process Maps)
  • 2+ years of experience with risk management
  • BPM, Six Sigma, Lean or PMP Certification
