Associate HR Delivery Lead - Tech College

As an HR Delivery Lead within Tech College, you'll be part of a team responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as a Tech company and help our associates develop cutting-edge skills.


Manages day to day HR program and process requirements. Collects and analyzesdata for HR senior management regarding processes they manage; similarinformation to be used forpartners and stakeholders in the business. Analyzes program data to guide direction for process improvement. Prepares decks and presentations, as needed. Planning and assisting in managing events and coordination of logistics. Oversees program coordinator responsibilities.

General Responsibilities:.

- Execution of applicable HR processes & programs (Mailbox management, facilitation of team meetings, or assisting with team planning)

- Data collection, analysis, reporting and process improvements

- Project or process coordination for applicable programs

- Can also include compliance initiatives, writing decks, or creating communications

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business, Communications, or Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification
  • Project Management Certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management
