DescriptionLimitless are a multi-award winning global GigCX platform harnessed by the power of AI technology.We are transforming the way customer service is delivered by the world's biggest most exciting companies.Our amazing clients include Microsoft, eBay, Zwift, Unilever and DAZN, amongst others.Our advanced SmartCrowd technology platform utilises the gig-economy to enable organisations to harness expert product users to help live customers on demand.The mission is to empower anyone on the planet to earn money for providing brilliant customer service for brands they love!Ready to be part of our Limitless journey?The RoleWe are looking for an awesome Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of building and executing strategic B2B, ABM lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisitions and generate amazing pipeline.In addition to an exciting focus on ABM, marketing channels include paid social, organic social, email, direct marketing, intent marketing, web marketing, and content syndicationYour impact:Own the operations strategy for top of the funnel lead generation activitiesCreate brilliant go-to-market plans and collaborate on content with internal team and external agencies to increase awareness and drive top prospects to build a GigCX strategyDevelop lead scoring models and assess performance of lead sources to evaluate ROITarget top B2B accounts and build programs that drive growth qualified leadsDevelop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns and programs for key accountsOversee the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, and social media strategies for all target account campaignsDrive continuous improvement efforts across the end-to-end processes, effectively supporting demand generationAssist with the creation of marketing campaigns and workflows to increase leads in the funnel, as well as progress them through the sales cycleTrack campaign results, measure success, and report key metricsTest and optimize content for CTAs, landing pages, etcOptimize spend across channels based on lead quantity and qualityDefine and implement repeatable processes to expand the targeted account program across all strategic accountsRequirements3+ years of experience in B2B or ABM demand generation marketingSaaS CX or software experience preferredYou're well versed in the strategies, tactics and technology used to guide prospects and customers through the funnelStrong proficiency in marketing technology: LinkedIn, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO skills (a bonus)2+ years of experience in developing highly targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticalsIntegrated marketing program planning, execution, and reporting experienceStrong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and executionYou can develop a strategic roadmap and execute the day-to-day technical tasksExperience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programsStrong interpersonal skills and experience working directly with sales teams and customersBenefits25 days holiday a year (plus bank holidays)Flexible workingRegular team socialsChristmas partiesLimitless are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
