Read on Required Skills/Experience:3+ years experience as a Marketing Analyst (or equivalent title) working in digital marketing to track, measure, organize and interpret data to provide reporting, analysis and recommendations based on that data.Deep understanding of marketing/advertising subjects such as attribution models, conversion tracking, audience creation and segmentation.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking.Specific Marketing tracking, measurement and analysis of:Paid media such as paid social, paid video, paid search and display advertising (and able to work within related platforms).Earned and owned media such as organic social, content marketing, SEO and email marketing.Affiliate marketing: Setting up and maintaining tracking for key metrics Familiarity with split testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.) a plus.Technical ExpertiseExcellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases and mastery level proficiency with Excel formulas, pivot tables and advanced data techniquesPosses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumenGather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it (eg; SQL queries, PhP, Python)Familiarity with UX heat mapping tools (CrazyEgg, Hotjar, etc.) a plus.Experience with the following platforms/systems:Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Earned Google Analytics Individual Qualification (or willingness to obtain in first 90 days).Automation platforms (InfusionSoft, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).One or more data visualization tools (iDashboards, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.).Project/Task Management System (Asana or similar + ability to learn immediately)Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, DriveCommunication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, ZoomHome Office Requirements:Access to high speed internet, Dedicated and distraction free work space Perks:Opportunity to work in a world-class, collaborative and supportive team environment on the growth-minded DreamTeam of Marketing.Opportunity to learn and grow through access to personal and professional training programs.Work remotely (from home or anywhere with suitable internet connection).Opportunity to attend live events and trainings.Opportunity for advancement in career.Health Benefits401K PlanPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffLight TravelCompensation:This position is a full time, remote, salaried position.
