Our tech client in Tysons/McLean, VA looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to support their team, for a freelance to full time opportunity. Our client is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture, and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be an expert in generating inbound traffic by optimizing the company's website and digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO, and SEM. Demand Generation Marketing Manager responsibilities:- Design, plan, manage, automate and optimize multi-touch campaigns across digital and offline channels to generate pipeline, drive and engage leads. This includes but is not limited to content marketing, pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, landing pages and events.- Drive new marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation.- Brainstorm and promote new content types or topics to pursue with subject matter experts that support goals related to brand awareness, lead generation, and nurture.- Develop pillar content in partnership with subject matter experts and marketing team, including but not limited to webinar content, whitepapers, research reports.- Lead webinars and tradeshow events (virtual and in-person), including audience generation, content/topic creation and refinement, logistics, and lead follow up.- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targetsDemand Generation Marketing Manager qualifications:- 5-7 years' experience with demand generation programs in a B2B environment (journey building, SEM, SEO, social media, tradeshow and webinar events, drip and lead gen campaigns, etc.)- Prior work in Marketing CRMs (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot/SalesForce)- Knowledge of Telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT). Healthcare IT, SaaS, and/or B2B marketing- Data-driven individual who brings analytics and quantitative skills to find creative solutions to optimize campaigns and acquisition funnels to deliver results.- Bachelor's degree
