The Retention and Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across channels including Email, SMS, Loyalty, Refer-a-Friend, and Direct Mail. Defining and executing against retention and loyalty targets, effectively scaling programs. This role will utilize customer insights and retention-based programs to maximize customer LTV and achieve Cotopaxi's customer retention goals.This role reports into the Director of Growth Marketing.Job Responsibilities:Develop strategy and oversee execution for the following performance marketing channels: Email, SMS, Loyalty, Refer-a-Friend, and Direct MailManage performance marketing consultants and/or internal team members to execute retention marketing strategyDevelop and manage retention marketing goals and budgetManage and optimize unit economics of customer retentionCollaborate with distribution channel owners on customer retention campaigns and programsSupport omni-channel distribution integrations with consumer-facing programsOwn analytics and reporting of channel and customer metrics.
