Goldcast is a virtual and hybrid event platform built to help B2B Marketers host engaging online experiences and drive pipeline and business impact through their events. Our mission is to modernize the event marketing channel through great software products and help B2B firms connect with their customers in a meaningful way.In this role you will:Tell the Goldcast story - You'll be an integral part of understanding our customers and executing on messaging and tactics to tell our story.Own a pipeline number along with the Demand Gen/Growth functionBuild an ABM first marketing functionAlign the leadership team on the targeting, pricing, and positioning of new product launches / enhancementsLove creating content - This role requires you to be active in events, creating content, and speaking with customers about their experiences, needs, and market trends. You know how to take a piece of content and turn it into more (blogs, videos, webcasts, articles, briefs, etc.), as well as Know the buyer inside and outDevelop and execute on a thought leadership strategy, ensuring Goldcast becomes the go-to platform for enterprise event marketers who care about driving pipeline for their business. Translate updates to the product into a clear core narrative about the features, functions and benefits across each customer segment and key personas. Become an expert on the Goldcast product capabilities and how it's differentiated vs. our competitors. Then develop and execute innovative programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.You'll be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.Optimize the funnel - Understand what's required to optimize across the funnel and drive market awareness, education, conversion, and adoption. Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.Support our sales partners - Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it; empower our sales and channel teams to win!Who are youAn experienced product marketer who has successfully launched product lines or entered new markets, and then has grown that business from 0 to 1.A strategic and adaptable people leader who canRecruit and coach high performers, and create opportunities for them to grow and thrivePrioritize effectively among many high-impact opportunities, and ensure the team stays focused on those priorities despite many competing requestsDrive results and make decisions in dynamic environments with lots of ambiguity and uncertaintyInfluence without authority and work closely with executive teams and boards of directorsA multi-faceted marketer who has strong familiarity with other marketing functions (acquisition marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing, etc.) as well as a successful track record of building strong collaborations with teams outside marketing (sales, product, etc.).Creative problem-solving skills: you understand root causes and act with a sense of urgency and commitment.Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is - or isn't - working.Master's degree in business or marketing preferredWhat You'll DoAs the head of the marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping Goldcast's narrative as the modern enterprise go-to-market stack and cement its position as the platform of choice for Field and Event Marketers worldwide.Our ideal candidate loves product marketing because they love being at the center of the business and shape the go to market strategy of the company.
