Furr Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electrical Inc. - "Absolutely the Best"2nd generation, 40-year old family-owned business with over 430 employeesService Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and DC out of our Manassas, VA main office Who/What Are We Looking For?Minimum of 1-year experience in customer serviceHigh volume inbound/outbound call experience is preferredProfessionally handle high volume inbound/outbound customer inquiriesThoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs Core Competencies:Strong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneouslyAbility to show empathy when responding to customers' needsMust be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quicklyMultitasking and time management skillsShift:Full-timeOption to work remotely after trainingTraining:F.H. Furr will provide all of the training required for this position. The first 4 weeks will be paid training in the office.Compensation:Hourly plus uncapped commissions paid out weekly and monthlySigning Bonus for Qualified Candidates up to $500 ($250 after 4th week, $250 after 60 days)Equipment Needed:Your own or company provided Windows-based PC or LaptopHard-wired, high-speed internetDual Monitors recommendedUSB Headset provided
