DISHWASHER AND UTILITY TEAM MEMBERNOW HIRING: FULL TIMEEARN $600-$700 PER WEEKOur Dishwashers are integral to our restaurant operations and handle everything from maintaining clean tableware and dishes for our dining room and kitchen to supporting a safe and sanitary workplace and assisting with occasional food preparation. No matter where you work in our company, you are on a career path with challenges and opportunities for continued professional development and growth, and we are committed to your health and overall well-being. #FFBAKERSWHAT OUR DISHWASHER AND UTILITY TEAM MEMBERS DO:Load, run, and unload the dishwashing machine to machine specificationsMaintain adequate levels of clean tableware and dishes for dining room and kitchenWash and store all tableware and kitchenwareKeep the dishwashing machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problemsMonitor dishwashing machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycleKeep dish room clean and organizedMonitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriateClean, sanitize, sweep, and mop all kitchen and dining room floorsChecking for broken items and wet areas that may be hazardous and remedy, as necessaryHandle tableware and dishes carefully to prevent breakage and lossUnderstand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food-safety measuresClean and sanitize food preparation and production areas, as requiredMaintain sanitation buckets with proper ppm dilutionFlexibility during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurantRotate and stock dishes to reduce wear and tear on resourcesProvide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff, as needed, especially during peak timesClean restroomsFollow all safety proceduresWHAT YOU NEED TO BE A DISHWASHER AND UTILITY TEAM MEMBER:Great entry-level position, no experience neededPrior high-volume restaurant experience a plusAble to work in a fast-paced, loud environmentAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as neededContinuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms in wet conditionsWHAT WE OFFER OUR DISHWASHER AND UTILITY TEAM MEMBERS:Flexible schedulingBenefits for full time workers after waiting period, include: paid time off and health coverage (medical, dental, vision)Discounted shift meal and generous discount when dining as a guestEmployee wellness initiatives, including company massage therapistTraining and career growth opportunitiesFree online mental health therapy (unlimited text messaging and two optional 30-minute live video therapy sessions per month) through our partner, TalkSpace, for all employees and their immediate family members
