You'll get to: Conduct company audits and recommend corrective actions.Process monthly invoices.Handle exit of terminating/resigning employees.Manage the Payroll process to include investigating, analyzing, processing and resolving payroll related issues and inquiries. Manage, coordinate, and oversee that all HR personnel actions are entered/executed into the HRIS system including new hire/rehire, separation/termination, status changes, promotions, demotions, and miscellaneous salary adjustments, supervisor changes, etc.Administer and improve system processes and support business reporting requirements. Monitor HR information needs and recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system to meet changing requirements.Onboard new hires, orienting new employees both locally and remoteAssist with recruitment and headcount maintenanceCommunicate frequently with both remote and local employeesProvide employees with information on company policies/proceduresWrite correspondences to employees, managers, leadership, etc.Consult with employees to resolve benefit/payroll/LOA inquiriesCollect and report out on statistical data such as turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers etc. for monthly and quarterly reviewMaintain Employee Files and I9s; ensure Compliance with all laws and SBD policiesAssist with job analysis, allocation of positions, and salary surveys Provide analytical and administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & ProcessesWho You Are You always strive to do a good job but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good You care about quality - at every level.
