Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Actively participate in the leasing processSupervise and manage the property's leasing team membersEnsure the achievement of the property's revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancyUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenuePartner with the maintenance team to make sure the property's appearance and safety is up to Hines standardsReview and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performanceOversee the lease renewal program and the communication processBecome a point of reference for any questions residents may haveQualificationsMinimum Requirements include:High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institutionTwo or more years' of property management experienceSales and Supervisory experience preferredDriver's license to operate machinery in propertyAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communicationWillowick Residential, a Hines company, seeks to elevate the multifamily industry to levels that surpass the expectations of our partners and residents.
