This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service, possessing outstanding leadership skills and an ability to thrive under pressure, with the kind of work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment synonymous with OTG.Responsibilities:Handling the day-to-day management of the restaurantProviding leadership and instilling pride to crewmembersEstablishing and executing high standards of food qualityOversee all aspects of the restaurant from staffing to service and stockManaging staff and schedules for all crewmembersCoordinating and planning with GMs and Airport ManagementEnsuring staff is following protocol and providing the best experience for customersAdministrating management and crewmember trainingQualifications and RequirementsDegree in hospitality or culinary field is preferredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail- preferably overseeing single to multi-unit conceptsExperience with P&L Analysis is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditionsOTG Management LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
