FH Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical is a family-owned and operated, residential service contractor based out of Manassas, Virginia. We currently have about 430 employees operating in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. We are committed to the highest levels of training here at FH Furr, and as such, we are looking to expand our training team to include a new Sales Trainer. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and helping to develop others as they look to become more effective in their selling careers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the training content is fresh, relevant, and effective and be comfortable being accountable to the training you deliver. We understand that most applicants for this position probably have not sold HVAC equipment before, and as such, we realize that there will be a developmental period for you to adjust to our industry and during that period, we will provide full training on our industry, products, and our current training methodology. We have a very good sales department in place, but we want to take it to new heights, and we need someone that will fully commit themselves to this mission. If you have a great work ethic and want to do great things, then we may be the home for you!Responsibilities:Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new consultants which will include training sales processes, individual coaching plans, and providing resources and assistanceAcclimate yourself to our organization's practices, processes, and tools to incorporate into the training that you will be developingExpand, research, create, and deliver new training materialsOne-on-One and group trainings with both new hires and current employeesCoordination and scheduling of upcoming training sessionsWorking closely with management team to continuously improve internal processes, standards, and performance based on feedback and observations from the fieldPerform daily ride-alongs with consultants in the fieldQualifications:3+ years of actual sales training experienceIn-home sales experience requiredProven track record of successProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and standard computer usageUnderstanding of department specific KPI's and how to use the accumulated dataExcellent communication skills - both oral and writtenStrong presentation and project management skillsAbility to deliver complex material in an easy to understand mannerAbility to climb into attics or get into crawlspacesClean driving recordEnthusiastic personalityBenefits:Competitive salary with great bonus potentialCompany-provided medical, dental, and vision insurance, LTD, and Life insurance401K with company matchPaid vacation, holidays, and sick timeFamily atmosphere with a great team and great resources
