Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will provide a wide range of security disciplines, concepts, principles, practices and requirements applicable to information protection to include: acquisition security, program protection, information security, industrial security, physical security, personnel security, operations security, foreign disclosure, special access programs, and information assurance to the research and technology protection (RTP) support to the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ) and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and activities. Foreign Governments and companies that both use and sell military systems will go to great lengths to acquire the advanced technologies that dominate future warfare. Identification and protection of those technologies is essential to the Army's mission and ability to fight and win when those systems are fielded. If you are ready to join ABSC in protecting the advanced technology that will form the heart of the Army's future fighting force, apply today! ⠀Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Use knowledge of existing and emerging protection programs and policies to develop an integrated Army response to technology protection issues via counterintelligence, intelligence, foreign disclosure, security policies, and US Government cyber security standards.Investigate and analyze a variety of policy situations considering the interrelationships between security and other mission areas to identify gaps and partnership areas. Provide recommendations and findings in coordination with the Government to support the development and institutionalization of controlled technical information (CTI) protection processes and procedures Army-wide. Provide recommendations and findings to support pertinent Army policy and regulations on the protection of CTI, coordinating through Army staffing processes. Draft information papers to support policy development. Support the Government in the identification and documentation of protection planning "best practices", forwarding the concepts to ASA (ALT) for consideration across the acquisition enterprises for policy development and implementation. Provide recommendations and findings to support the Government with the development and institutionalization of controlled technical information (CTI) protection processes and procedures Army-wide. Track and coordinate with Government Intelligence and Security Managers at customer sites to ensure periodic assistance visits and inspections of Government and Defense Contractor facilities where CPI resides are conducted properly and receive sufficient emphasis on technology protection. ⠀Experience Required for this Role: Six (6) years of multidiscipline security experience. ⠀Education Required:Bachelor's Degree ⠀Apply to join our team today!
