An outspoken advocate of women's issues, Tamara Mellon is creating a community of like-minded, next-gen consumers.If you're a rule breaker like us, and this sounds like the opportunity (not the job) you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManaging email marketing program and operationsDevelop tactics and strategies driving growth and retention marketing successDesign and implement direct email marketing campaigns; develop optimizations that drive learnings and increase KPIs through A/B testing, best practicesCollaborate closely with the creative team to create content that drives engagement metricsAnalyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements, providing useful and insightful program recommendations Increase LTV of current customer base via cross-selling, upselling, VIP incentives, exclusive content, etcRequirements5+ years working on CRM/ email marketing Deep experience with ESPs such as KlaviyoExperience strategizing and executing comprehensive list segmentation, life cycle/ drip automations and triggered events within an ESP Experience with analytical and data visualization tools including Google AnalyticsKnowledge of SEO/SEM, UTM trackingStrong desire to solve problems and create solutions (we're a startup)Luxury experience, direct to consumer, SMS marketing a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, Dental, and VisionEmployee discount (you love shoes, right?)Fast-paced, energetic, and entrepreneurial culture with long-term career development opportunitiesThis job is a remote optional position
